PrimoPDF won't close

I have installed PrimoPDF on two machines. Recently a registration screen popped up while creating a pdf. After filling out the registration form, which appeared to be formatted wrong, I could not print a pdf. Further, I could not close PrimoPDF, it just kept popping up. I had to reboot the machines to close them. The machines are Windows XP SP2, major programs installed are Office 2003 and Autocad 2005.
