Am not sure if this problem relates to Primo but it has only been evident since I installed Primo on my new computer (Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1).
If I am already connected to Windows Mail and try to email an invoice from MYOB I am prevented from doing so with this quoted message:
"An email session could not be started. Please check your MAPI installation"
MAPI - Message Application Programme Interface (I think!)
If I send the invoice from MYOB before opening Windows Mail the invoice will be sent to Windows Mail.
I did not have any problems with this on my old computer (XP) and have successfully used Primo and MYOB for years.
Would appreciate any help or advice from other users who may have experienced a similar problem.
