I have been using Primo Online now for over a week, with very good success. However, just yesterday I attempted to convert a Word document to a PDF, and each time, the little activity bar continued to gyrate for over five minutes, until I got the following error message: "Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."
I have tried this at least 10 times, each time with the same result. I checked the file, and I can't detect any problem with it. However, I did try to attach the file to an email, and it wouldn't attach. Anyone have an idea as to what the problem might be? The file is approximately 12.5 mb in size.
