I have been using Primo pdf converter successfully on and off for about a year. I used it at the beginning of April to convert a newsletter created in MS Publisher. Yesterday was the first time I have used it since then, and it will not operate.
I was again attempting to convert an MSP document. Primo pdf is present in the printer selection box. But when I tell it to print (ok), I get a lightning fast status bar and then an error message,(Publisher cannot continue printing because of an error).
Nothing has changed on my PC since the last time I used Primo, other than extending Norton Security for another year. So I uninstalled Primo, turned Norton off, and reinstalled. In fact I have done this so many times I could do it blindfolded. No luck.
Does anyone have an idea about what needs correcting?
