I've read threads where lots of others had this problem, and I've tried all the solutions listed. I have it set for a paper size of 6.25" X 9.25". This is set both in the document, and in PrimoPDF. And invariably, the pdf still comes out 8.5" X 11".
I need a solution to this. It's holding up publication of a book. If I send the 8.5 X 11 to my publisher, they will resize it, but the result will be that all the text will be reduced in size. (Been down that road before.)
How can I convince PrimoPDF that when I request a specific size, I really need that size?

I've been dealing with the same problem, but finally fixed it.
:D:D:D
Here's how:
1. Choose Start > Printers and Faxes (Windows XP) or choose Start > Settings > Printers (Windows 2000 and NT).
2. In the Printers dialog box, select PrimoPDF .
3. Choose File > Server Properties.
4. Click Create a New Form. In the Form Name text box (Windows XP) or Form Description For text box (Windows 2000 or NT), enter a name for the custom page size.
5. Enter the desired values in the Width and Height text boxes.
6. Click Save Form, and then click OK (Windows 2000 or NT) or Close (Windows XP).
Now, try it again. Good luck!!!

Thanks, but I had already tried that. I eventually worked around the problem, but I still couldn't tell you what I did to actually get it to cooperate. I think it was a fluke that it actually worked!:)
