Greetings
During installation of PrimoPDF I was presented with the following error message -
"Error 2185: The service name is invalid. Make sure you are specifying a valid service name, and try again."
On closing the message, installation appeared to proceed and I followed the prompt to restart. When I discovered no PrimoPDF printer option was available, I followed the instructions regarding renaming the .dll file etc. Now I have a PrimoPDF printer option, but when I try to use it I get the following error,
"There was an error writing to PrimoPort for the printer (PrimoPDF):
The printer command is invalid."
Any help would be appreciated.
PS - Still using Win98. Well! It took me four years to get it working the way I want it!
