PDF printer not appearing

After installing PrimoPDF on Win NT and rebooting, there is no new printer in the printers folder.
After running portinstall.exe the following error has appeared.

Please download and install primo using the new installer. Also make sure you are installing as LOCAL admin. The errors you are seeing are a bit odd. They tell me that the port, the files and the driver creation all happened as they should, but then when the printer goes for install it fails saying that the driver doesn't exist. The new installer takes a different approach to this process and it seems to be more failsafe than the installer you are using.
