View Full Version : Cannot Find File

I have had a problem with finding the files after they have supposedly been created. I select a folder to save them with a name, but after choosing, "Create PDF" nothing happens. When I go to try and find the file, it is not there. When I go to RECENT and click on the file, it goes to an applet "Windows is trying to find the file ...." It cannot find it. What do I need to do. This is very frustrating. I am used to using Primo on my XP computers and have had no problems creating the PDFs.

Following on from what you wrote to end your post, are you experiencing this issue on a XP machine or a Vista machine?

If it is a Vista machine, it may have something to do with UAC (User Access Control). You can read more about this by looking at this post:
