After I installed your free version of PrimoPDF I launched the application and was given and error message which read, "ERROR STARTING PROGRAM The MSVCIRT.DLL file is linked to missing export MSVCRT.DLL:??_U@YAPAXI@Z" What do I need to do to fix this so I can begin using this program.

Are you using Win98? I have observed that the installer replaces the msvcirt.dll file on Win98 systems with a WinXP version, causing the error message you saw. If you have your Win98 cd you can restore the file from it using the sfc utility. Just go to Run... then type sfc in the dialog box to start the utility. There is a Microsoft Knowledge Base article with detailed instructions on restoring the file.
