Not working

Hi

When I first installed and used right away, I had no problem and was pleased with the result. When I have tried to use again, I do not get the primo options box, and the print job is queued in my printer dialog box, saying primo as the printer but no file is produced.

However, if I reboot, the program will work fine.

Please help as I really love your program

Hi

I hope someone reads this! I am running 2 users on windows xp. Both are administrators. For some reason, even if I open word on user 1 and try to use primopdf to convert, the primo options are actually opening up in user 2.

Even if user 2 was logged on, then logged off, it still happens. Only when I reboot so user 2 has never been logged on will it work.

I hope this makes sense! Anyway around this?

I have also discovered the same thing as Zamzam. I am running Windows XP with two users and depending on who has logged on first after reboot, that user will see the user output screen on his user screen but not the other user who requeted the job.

Also , now I discover that I am getting blank jobs printed out and not being able to see fonts .

Any help / soloutions from out there?
