No error on install but no printer

I've installed the latest PrimoPDF product onto my NT4.0 Terminal Server with no luck. The installer runs through without error but there is no PDF printer or Primo port to use to create the printer manually. I've used the appropriate administrative account from the console to run the install.

Is anyone able to help?

If you look in your PrimoPDF folder, are the primo source files copied to this location?

Maybe, what do you mean "from the console"?
