Hi,

The church I work for is exploring using PrimoPDF instead of Adobe Acrobat because of the difference in cost. The main reason we have used Adobe is to convert Microsoft Publisher files into PDF files so parishioners have access to our newsletters online. We also print files from the ACS Database as PDF files so we can send them to people. We haven't downloaded PrimoPDF yet. Would I be able to print from a database into a PDF file. Also, does PrimoPDF work with Microsoft Publisher?

Thanks!
TCL

As long as you have a Print function, you can print to the PrimoPDF printer driver to convert your document to a PDF. Yes, you can convert your Publisher file to PDF using PrimoPDF.

I am trying to convert my Publisher document (our neighbhorhood newsletter) to a PDF using PDFOnline and it is saying it doesn't recognize the type??? I went back to my document and it is saved (under "type") as Publisher Files... do I need to save it as something else before I can convert it?

I dont think you can sync them together but why would you need too? Each serves a different purpose and you could use them side by side.
