When I choose PrimoPDF as the output from Print ... I get a PrimoPDF file that shows as type (SECURED) when I open it with Adobe Reader. The problem with these secured files is that they have a security setting that does not allow the extraction of pages from the file. I haven't been able to find the ability to change this setting to allow extraction. I need to be able to extract pages using another application which will create an Excel file from the PDF. That application works just fine with all other PDFs except the ones created by PrimoPDF.

How do I create a PrimoPDF file as an output from "Print..." that does not have the security setting that prevents extraction of pages?

Thanks for a much for your help! (I'm using version 3.1.0.2)

when you print to the primo pdf printer a screen pops up; on this screen you can configure security. click the change button for security and make sure there are no restrictions set.
