I'm a new user, and first of all I want to say thanks for publishing PrimoPDF!
I am trying to create a PDF from an MS Word 2003 document in Windows XP Pro. When I print to the PrimoPDF driver, the dialog appears asking me to specify the filename and other info for the PDF. I click the Document Properties button and enter the properties as I want them to appear in the PDF. (I am not using any security settings.)
However, when the PDF is created, Acrobat Reader doesn't show the properties I specified. Instead, the properties seem to be coming from somewhere else. The Title is the filename of the Word doc, the Author is my Windows login name (NOT the user name specified in Word's Options -> User Information dialog) and the Subject is left blank. The Doc Props I actually entered are nowhere to be seen.
Any idea where these settings might be coming from and how I can set the document properties correctly?
FYI - I had another PDF creator - 1-Step RoboPDF, which is part of RoboHelp - installed on my machine. I uninstalled it, but the problem continues. Not sure that that would affect anything, but...
Thanks!
