Document Properties

I atttempt to enter docuiment properties but they do not show in Adove Acrobat Reader. No matter what I try, Adobe Acrobat Reader reports:
Title = name of word document
Author = my network logon ID
Subject = (blank)
Keywords = (blank)

Note: my documents properties are different from the ablve and they are different from what I specify in PrimoPDF's document properties dialog.

Properties does not work for me either and apparently a lot of other people too. There has been no response or solutions. There does not appear to be anyone monitoring this "support" forum.
