Primo Launches mid document conversion

Hi Folks ,,, In windows 2k sp4 we have had the following issues:

When converting large Word documents Primo launches before document is completely comverted (1/16th converted) and PDF output file containes only the pages that were converted at the point of primo launching.

Another interesting side effect we have discovered is a spool error followed by the loss of all configured printing devices.

It seems to be choking on Visio diagrams embedded in the word document.
I noticed another post with issues relating to visio in word / pdf conversion wondering if this is related.

Did some searching on the Microsoft support site using spoolsv.exe as my search. It generated TONS of results, but the one I found most interesting was the one that talked about deleting all printers and reinstalling them one by one. It involves making some registry changes as well to ensure the drivers are cleaned up completely.

I went through this process and uninstalled Primo from one workstation. Rebooted and reinstalled from the downloaded app (supplied on this site). The document we were having problems with yesterday was converted without incident, however the document with Visio diagrams in it did not convert and generated a completely different message we hadn't seen yet.

All messages we have seen thus far have involved the spooler supplied by Windows 2000. We have applied ALL available MS patches from WinUpdate and still the problems persist.

Any ideas folks???
