After 10 conversions I got the registration pop-up, and when I filled in the form I got an error message saying that the information was incorrect or invalid. I couldn't get rid of the pop up and ended up having to turn the computer off. I live in Canada and wondered whether the program simply doesn't like six-digit postal codes..... Any ideas?

I can tell you what, not why but possibly how, but you will not be satisfied.
I get this problem all the time with the older version (1.3)
The server that is supposed to process the registration doesn't answer or cant be found. who cares?
The registration screen will NOT show up as an APPLICATION in task manager but it is there under the PROCESSES tab.
I kill it at the PROCESS level, and that lasts me until it happens again. no reboot or hair pulling.
I don't know why this problem is happening.
