I have a multiple page article that I would like to put into one document. Does anyone know how to do this?

pdfedit.
It's part of the PDF995 suite.
Google for it. ;)

...sure, it's nagware (a sponsor page opens in your browser when using the suite, but at least it does the job!)

read lots of messages where people want to know how to do this.
I found a great free download. don't have link but try:
www.PDFRedirect.com

I have used it many times and just love it. finished combining over 200 pages of a family album with text and pictures. worked great.

Have you tried the latest version of PrimoPDF (v3.1)? I just installed it today, & it prints multiple page pdf's just fine.

That URL is no longer correct. PDFredirect is now here. (http://www.exp-systems.com/PDFreDirect/Downloads.htm?1)

Having said that v3.1 of Primopdf does very well at this, pity that the PrimoPDF fellows didn't elaborate a little more as to exactly how to do it! Brian's answer (another thread) about printing one first, then another with the same file name, will prompt a query if you wish to append (i.e. merge if you like) the second to the first.
