where are they

I downloaded primopdf today. I have tried twice with two different documents to make a pdf file. It goes fine until I close it and try to find it again. I save to my documents.When I try to find it with my search it is no where to be found but when I try to do it again even if it is a different file I am trying to turn into a pdf. the box comes up with "its already here do you want to override" how can it already be there if it is the first time I am doing the file. Very frustrating. I only want to turn my files of quilt patterns into pdfs to make it easier for me.

The output location is given to you on the main dialog box, all you have to do is navigate to that location.
