Regular user cannot print

Hi,

I have two computers - Windows 2000 and XP. Both have two users: Admin and regular users.

An admins user is able to print/create a PDF on both machines without any problems. However, if a reguler user tries to print/create, the software will always output the pages that the admin user printed/created last time. This happens on both machines. I am wondering whether there is any solutions to this.
