I have used PrimoPDF for almost half a year now, and since the beginning have had problems with PDF document properties and security settings (which simply do not take).
This has been reported and discussed here in the forum many times, yet no fixes have been forthcoming. This is really frustrating.
Main problem: I can set security such that users can add comments to the PDF file, yet when I set these Adobe Reader shows them not set.
