When I print my Microsoft Word document (all images) to PrimoPDF I only get the first 20 pages of my 50 page document. Have I installed PrimoPDF incorrectly?

I'm getting the same problem with printing large PowerPoint documents to pdf - only getting some of the many pages.

Can anyone help?

Same problem here.... Trying to print a 29MB PDF to a smaller resolution one. Only gets to 62 pages out of 149.

Anyone found the answer?

I have been using Primo PDF since 10/05 with no problems (other than the 128 bit security will not work--40 bit works fine) until last Monday. A Word document I had previously printed with Primo pdf with no problems stopped printing in pdf at page 66 out of 288. I had done some editing in that area, so I suspected a problem with Word. I found nothing unusual with 'reveal codes' so I made a backup copy of my file, cut the two edited pages and ran Primo pdf again. The document printed, minus the two cut pages. Then I repasted the cut pages using paste 'keep text only' option. The document now prints in full again. I don't know if this will solve your problem, but it may be worth looking at the page or pages that don't print and taking it/them out and seeing if the rest of the document prints then try adding it/them back in.

This is likely correct.

I would imagine there is an object in these Documents that is halting the creation of the postscript stream. You can try selecting all and doing a "paste special->values" into a new document.
