I have installed primo pdf and it works great, but I am unable to register via the pop-up screen. I does not matter if I am on my network at work or at home. This is extremely irritating since I am willing to take the time to register, but then I am forced to re-boot my computer. There should be some way to register directly on your web site. Please advise if there is a way to disable the registration.

I think PrimoPDF is great, but that registration screen has GOT to be fixed. Either make it work or remove it. Like the other poster, I'm more than happy to register my copy, but every six or eight times I use it, the non-working registration screen comes up and I have to do an alt-ctrl-delete and kill the process to get it to go away.

By the way, anyone else who has this problem, forget trying to kill the application - go over to processes and kill the two primopdf processes when the reg screen comes up, and then print again.

It's an easy workaround, but unnecessary.

Any idea the cause? How do we assure it gets registered?

I also I try to register but he says to me no available server!
It would seem that internal link is bad.
The company not reponds not in mails.
How to make for desactiver this process?
This program works well they would make better sell it cheap instead of giving it.
One pays little and one is more annoyed. I am obliged to make ESC every time when I use it. Damage.
Who was able to register? :)

Dommage.
Qui a pu s'enregistrer?

You may want to use the ESC key whenever the rego panel pops up, it effectively allows you to continue creating your PDF. V1.0 should not have to cause you to reboot your PC unless you have other problems. Because PrimoPDF is freeware, a little inconvenience must be tolerated from time to time, unless you want to pay for a license? I have used V1.0 on Windows 98SE and Windows XP Home Edition, without problems.Stay cool.
