PrimoPDF is a great tool -- but now that I've gone 64-bit, it can't be installed. I miss it dearly! Are WinXP 64-bit drivers on the way?
Mod Note:64Bit PrimoPDF is available as of 3.0. Download it here (http://www.primopdf.com/primopdf_free_idx.aspx)

Not a problem on my 64 bit system! Did you try to install directly or via the Program Compatibility Wizard found in the Start> All Programs> menu? jp,

The first time, I directly installed. This time I used the compatibility wizard, and I still see no additional printers installed after setup runs.
I used the "manual search" option in the Compability Wizard. I pointed it to the PrimoPDF 2.0 installation file (which I had freshly downloaded to my desktop) and then I selected to run it with Windows XP compability settings. When the PrimoPDF installer completed, there were no additional printers listed under "Printers and Faxes".
I'm running Windows XP Pro x64 Edition with all Windows Updates applied on a machine equipped with an AMD Turion 64-bit CPU.
Is there another specific way I should use the Compatibility Tool? Please advise.
I miss PrimoPDF!

Any chance that PrimoPDF will be released in a 64 bit version?
I have tried installing the regular 32 bit version on XP64 but no go at all.
I'm also very interested to know how the other member "JPMXP" has managed to get it going on 64 bit since I think, because of the way the Primo works, it is impossible to make the 32 bit version run on 64 bit Windows.
Any comments welcome.

I also tried to install PromoPDF under XP64 (Intel em64T platform). A straight install just didn't work, and neither did placing the FreePromoSetup.exe file in Windows XP Compatibility mode prior to setup.
So let me add my voice for x64 support for PromoPDF.

It's in the works, although I can't make any promises.
