I've printed files using both settings, and from what I can tell, they are identical in resolution.
Is there any advantage to clicking the "for print" radio button in the way of higher resolution or better printing of the pdf file?

If you select the Screen option the pdf file that is produced is smaller than the file that is created using the Print option. This is handy if you want to e-mail the file and bandwidth is limited. If you print out a pdf that was created using the Screen setting, the appearance is much the same as compared to what it looks like if done with Print. Graphics/photographs come out a bit grainier if you have used Screen. For most purposes it doesn't make much of a visual difference, unless you get out your magnifying glass!
