emailing on primo

I am new to Primo. I have looked on the website and forum and cannot find an answer to my very elementary question. I am trying to convert a word document to pdf and then email it to a commercial printer.
The document shows up on the primo screen as a pdf file, but I am unable to access "send to" under file and email it. what do i need to do? thanks

Linda, you need to attach the .pdf file on your desk top to your email. Then send.

Compose your email. Then select attach file. You will have an oppertunity to browse so you can find the .pdf file. Once you find it on your desktop, select it and follow prompts to attach the file. Then send
