I installed PrimoPdf on Terminal Services Win2000 Server SP4 uk.
Installation went ok. But when I try to print with Primo, nothing happens.
In event viewer I can see this error:

Description:
Document 2, Word.doc owned by username was deleted on PrimoPDF.
If I change the Output to (properties, ports) from "program handles" to "prompt" the printing hangs totally. Only canceling the job and rebooting the print spooler helps to this hang.
