I use primopdf on my home pc for personal stuff and it works great. So well in fact that I would like to use it at my office. We are an association without commercial intentions but we do assist our members with problems (services if you want to call it like that). Every member pays a (small) fee, the exact amount depends on certain criteria but not on the number of times they call on us. We do not charge for any service in particular, so wether it's once a year, hundred times or never, we charge the same fee to a certain member. All content in the pdf will be written/created by us.
It would be very usefull if we could send in pdf to our members and future members:
a) information on our activities in general
b) specific information that a certain member asks for
c) reports of meetings
Of course also for pure internal use, pdf has many advantages.

which are allowed under the licence of primo pdf?
do we need to mention that the pdf's were created by using primo pdf?

i'm asking this because the licence is not really clear on the point of charging a fixed fee for the content in pdf's created by using primo pdf. As I read it, the licence only mentions charging for the sending of pdf's. As we are an association without the intention of making profit, expensive licences are no option. That money can be put to better use of our members in other ways. On the otherhand we do not want to infrige the rights and take unlawfull advantage of the efforts of the creators of primo pdf. So I want to be absolutely sure before I propose the use of primo pdf at the office.

Secondly, at the office we have a central computer, linked to all the others and used mainly as a backup system. Is it possible to install primo pdf on that machine and then use is from the other pc's? Is this use also covered by the licence or only the seperate install on one/all of the pc's?

thanks !
