When I try using Primo I get an error message saying "Invalid DLL" this message appears after I have chosen a output file and clicked 'OK'. Please can someone advise me on how to correct this problem.
Thanks,
Gav.

This means that there was a problem initializing the GS DLL. This could be because a couple of reasons. First make sure the DLL is in your gs directory which should be inside your primopdf directory. Second, make sure the HKLM/Software/Ghostscript key has the correct path to this dll and lastly Make sure all permissions to the dll are open.
Might be easier to uninstall, log in as local admin then reinstall. That should do the same.
