Yes, you can... select with CTRL all the worksheets and then go to PRINT all worksheets selected will be merge into one PDF.

I'm having the same issues- I have a excel file with 3 sometimes 4 worksheets I want to put into 1 pdf. When I started today I could do 3, tried for 4 and now it seems it only will do 2....I select the sheets I want with shift or control key, choose active worksheets, it flashes up 'printing pages 1-9 (4 sheets) but when I put in the filename it only adds 2 sheets to the pdf
