The company I work for has a product which we sell to commercial insurance brokers within the UK. Within this product we would like to be able to provide to our end-users, the ability to convert Word documents to PDF format for use within their business. As such, we are very interested in the PrimoPDF product, but would like clarification on the licensing implications. We do not intend to sell PrimoPDF as a product in its’ own right, however it would be included as part of our overall in-house written product, which we obviously do make a charge for, but there would be no extra charge for the PrimoPDF software. Our software runs in two basic infrastructures, as below,

Option 1 - Straight forwards, customer has own Windows server on site, accessed via either standard PC, or thin client terminal server connection.

Option 2 - We host the customers server here at Sectornet, and they connect via WAN connections, in a thin client terminal server connection, as in an ASP solution

The PrimoPDF software would be installed once on a thin client terminal server environment (and accessible to several users) or individually on each PC if fat client.

It would be much appreciated if you can let me know the licensing implications of using your product in the environments detailed above?

Thanks very much - Paul
