I'd like to allow our customers the option of using PrimoPDF to convert Word docs into PDF. I'm not completely clear if I can distribute PrimoPDF on our CD or not. We would NOT be promoting the CD with a "Word to PDF converter", I simply want to include PrimoPDF as a tool that users can use if they want to convert to PDF. If distributing on the CD under this method isn't allowed, what would be the next best way to get PrimoPDF in front of our customers? An html link to the site?
Much Thanks and I apologize for yet another licensing question

As long as you are not charging and you keep a copy of the source code on the distributed CD, you will be within the license terms.

This is where I was confused. We wouldn't be charging for the PrimoPDF program, but we would be selling the CD which has our Software on it. Does that count as "charging"?

If you are charging more than the cost of the media, then yes, this would violate the EULA.

Yes, that would definately alleviate the distribution issue.

****o,
What if we distribute software to users in our corporate environment via a software push using a software management application? Is that allowed? What about if we include the software in our standard desktop/laptop image. Is that allowed?
Thanks,
Dan
