When I go to print a Word Document to PDF and select the security 128-bit encryption, the program print a PDF with 0 KBs and presents an error, when I select the 40-bit encryption the PDF are functionally, but not the same with the 128-bit encryption, What is the problem?

This is most likely a permissions issue with the RSA key in your registry. This means that primo was probably not installed while you were logged in as local admin. Therefore primo doesn't have access to some pieces of your registry that it needs to add encryption.
