Is there a reason why some excel workbooks would print multiples (using select sheets or ctrl function" and some would not? PrimoPDF is trying to save each page with a new file name. Trying to use ebook, or screen or print doesn't seem to work.

That is how excel prints the documents, as separate print jobs. I believe there is an option within excel to print the entire workbook as one print job, but you'll have to look for it.

When I select 3 worksheets, I usually get all 3 into 1 pdf. Its the 4th one where stops including then all. In the print box I select 'active worksheets' and all sheets I have selected show up in the print preview. Once I tell it the filename to print to, it will only do 2(or 3) of those sheets into the pdf. Printing all worksheets is not an option as there would be 608 pages vs the 9 I need. Will look again for print options but think I have seen them all in my searching to date..
