I have a 200 page document. I go to print it with Primo PDF knowing this will convert it into a PDF document. All is OK.

I have another 189 page document. I follow the same procedure but it only converts 150 pages into PDF and also my PC then tells me I no longer have a printer. I go to 'add printer' and this is disabled so I reboot.

I can now print anything UNTIL I try this document again i.e. converting it to PDF. I rename the document and try - still only 150 pages saved.

I rename it again and this time only 5 pages are saved - and my printers all 'disappear'.

I uninstall and reinstall Primo PDF and try again with the document - only the first 5 pages AND my printers disappear again.

Anyone able to offer any advice please?

Thanks

I have a similar problem. When I attempt to convert a 113-page Pagemaker document to PDF using PrimoPDF, it only converts the first 55 pages. I tried to solve it by breaking the document up into thirds. When I tried converting the 37-page document, it converted only 1 page.

I had similar problems in the office, and just now at home after downloading the newest PrimoPDF. I'm using WIndows 2000.

Although a don't have a real solution, a full reset is not needed to get the printers back after the disapeared. I's enough to restart the printerspooler service. (in services). It stops because of some but, that's why the printers are not available any more. Restarting it fixes things.

It does NOT look like a capacity problem by the way. I've seen it in small documents. It may be a combination of Primo and some special document feature, or other printerdriver that causes this problem. Also, in the office, i had an older primo version, that didn't have this problem.
