I spent an afternoon trying to get PrimoPDF to create a PDF and had no success. As hard as it was I had to admit to myself that I couldn't make it work and I would need some tech help. I responded to the emails I had received and my emails were returned as invalid address. I then clicked on the "Contact Us" button and when it too came back as an invalid address I decided that maybe this wasn't the company or product for me or my clients.
