I have beeen making pricelists for some of my designs, and printing them using PrimoPDF to send to prospective clients.

I create the pricelist in Word2003, so I can make changes, deletions, and additions from time to time. I make a background for the main sheet in Paintshop Pro, and make it larger than the sheet size, so I can fit it to the page. When I print to PrimoPDF, in Word, I select the option to print the background, and it does. However it ALWAYS Tiles the background in. If I print to my HP All-in-one, The background remains intact.

It is way more efficient for me to email my pricelist as a .pdf, than it is for me to print it on my HP, and snail-mail it.

Since the background prints whole on the HP, and tiles on PrimoPDF, I assume it is because of the Primo software. I have looked all over trying to find a way to print the background as is.

Can somebody please help me with this?

If it is putting black boxes around the text, you can print to the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer, open this and then print to PDF.

Thanks for your reply, Tigger, but No, it isn't putting anything around the text. Everything is fine, but it is just tiling in the background. By that, I mean; I make a graphic, a colored background, with a page-sized picture embeded in it. I use this as a background, and build a table over it, with pictures of my designs, a description of the design, and the price. I want the background to print as a full sized picture in the background. However, it tiles my background; it makes a whole lot of columns and rows of the background picture instead of one big background picture.

I will try using the Document image writer first and let you know how it came out.
