Primo Freezes while printing

My installation seemed to go fine. When I print I choose the PrimoPDF as the printer. The window opens up. I choose the file and location, choose the print or screen option and click the button to start it. Then nothing happens. When I go in to task manager it says primopdf is not responding. This happens every time. How can I get it to go through?

Is the PDF created at all?

Do you get a file in your Primopdf directory called Temp.ps?

Do you find a primomon DLL in your sys32 directory?
