Double byte character support problem

I had upgraded to v3.0, every things work fine, but the "Document Properties" doesn't seems to support "Double byte character" well.
Does anyone have same problem?

At this time the document properties window does not support reading the double byte characters. We will forward to Development as an enhancement suggestion.
