Can't install PrimoPDF on WinXP Pro

Hi All Adv User and System Admin

I have problem on install PrimoPDF.After d/l the application.
Double click on the primopdf. It have an error box. I can install the PrimoPdf.

I have already close all other applications when running the primopdf.
What's going on? :confused:

It looks like something is already using the windows installer which installshield is trying to instance.

I would recommend creating a new user account and assign this account to the admin group. Then restart your machine and log in as that account. This should allow you to install PrimoPDF without a problem.
