I have read the other post on the dll error but still cannot make primo print because of the error. I have XP pro and have already made sure the files are shared but still get the error.

Same problem but with Windows 2000 Pro. I had to removed the prg. as I cannot use it.

what do you mean by that? have you checked, the user can create a file in the folder?
i had the same problem, removed the read only right from the folder, but it was not effective, until I switched off "simple file sharing".
