How to turn rip and rar files into pdf form?

I have some manga files that are zip or rar that I want to turn into pdf form. I have the files on dvd+R. The only way for me to view the manga is by winrar. The manga pages are in sections. I tried to do the steps to put them on pdf form but when I put select all(pages) and click print it doesn't do anything. The print option doesn't come up. I tried to right click on the file but no print option is there. Please help. Having my manga on pdf form will be much easier to view then winrar.

I have found a way to decompress the files. I have the graphics of the manga now. Can I still use primopdf to turn them into pdf form?
