Blank PDF's - A Clue

I just installed PrimoPDF and was reasonably happy with it. Unfortunately, I began to see the 'blank' outputs after a few trials (even before the registration panel came up)

I did notice, that these aren't really blank (at least mine aren't). The document contents are in the upper left, and shrunk down to VERY TINY SIZE.

If you zoom in, you can see the contents there.

Hopefully this provides a clue on how to fix it.
