spot colors for commercial printing

I have a client using PrimoPDF to create PDFs of a two-color flyer from Publisher and the spot color is being converted to rgb. Does PrimoPDF create PDFs that retain spot color so I can print separations?

That is not currently an option with PrimoPDF. All colors are converted to RGB.
