Type 1 Fonts

Sorry, I know that I've posted this before, but I haven't had a response yet, and it would appear that others have experienced similar problems.
It would appear that PrimoPDF refuses to print Type 1 fonts. Any PDFs created that utilise Type 1 fonts come out blank. Replacing the fonts with Truetype fonts solves the problem, although we use a standard font in the office which we only have as a Type 1. I have opened the temp.ps file, and it too is blank. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Russell

What OS are you using this on? It could be tied in with an installation issue we have on certain OSs.

Type 1 fonts

Hi Douglas

I have a similar problem where Type 1 fonts are not appearing. I am using Windows XP SP2 and PrimoPDF ver 3.2.

Cheers
Calvin
