Unsupported Fonts?

Have some reports I was trying to create PDF's for that were coming out missing headers, random dots in place of titles, etc.
Tracked problem down to PrimoPDF not being able to handle any of the fonts appearing on Win2K that start @Arial Unincode MS (Western). Using Crystal reports and report stayed messed up until fonts were changed to a truetype font (in this case Arial (Western)), even had to change a field that was suppressed in the report before PrimoPDF would output the correct info.
Have screen prints I can email if anyone is interested.
