Error message commercial printer

Error message:
Corrupt font: Offrange acces to TT font table, during convert color ( on page 1, 2x)

This starts only if the commercial printerservice is making a Full Color document from the pdf.

On my windowsit does not show this message.

Fixed: converted color (321) x
======================

Any ideas?
