Cool Photo Quality Problems

Hi.

First, I love PRIMO PDF. Its a great product and I use it all the time. But, I do have a problem. I create a newsletter in publisher. I am using different quality photos and clipart. Sometimes, when I convert the publisher file to a pdf, the copy comes out great, but when I go to print it, the photo quality is bad. (i.e. there are sometimes lines running thru the photos) or the photos are pixelated. When I review the PDF file, the photos look fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have discussed this with my printers and they could not come up with any ideas.

Thanks in advance.
