I have installed PrimoPdf on a win2000 terminal Server and I get a blank pdf file even under administrator account
Content of file temp.ps [ /Creator (PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com) /DOCINFO pdfmark The soft directory installation is c:\program files\activepdf\primopdf I have done some tests: - using another ps driver for the printer i get the same result - uncheck option run as user in the configuration port With uncheck run as user the pdf file is produiced but there is a PrimoPDF Windows pops up on the Administrators desktop. So remove this option is not acceptable. Is there a way to get PrimoPdf working on a terminal server ?? many thanks Elisabeth kerbaul |

I was able to go into the PrimoPDF properties, ports tab and configure the PrimoPort:
Change or set Redirect this port to the program: to C:\Program Files\ActivePDF\PrimoPDF\primorun.exe and set Arguments for this program are: C:\Program Files\ActivePDF\PrimoPDF\primopdf.exe That at leasts gets the pop up box showing. No solution on how to get it to create anything other than blank pdfs using remote connections. It does work on the server though. |
