CHanging PDF properties

Hi. Can I change the various properties to "not allowed" and set printing alone to "fully allowed"?

Unfortunately Primo doesn't offer PDF security which is what you're looking for. ActivePDF Composer does have this feature among it's featureset and is has a link on the front page if that is something that you require.
